RESIDENT SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

  • Greet and register members.
  • Interview, hire, train and terminate personnel.
  • Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness.
  • Ensure company standards for housekeeping, decor and guest services are met.
  • Development and implementation of SOP for the entire facility management.
  • Monitor staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and members are happy.
  • Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems.
  • Supervise and manage the efficiency of facility & building operations.
  • Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the owners and stake holders.
  • Scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repairs in individual rooms and common areas.
  • Create and maintain networking & good relationship with our members and the surrounding society such as local government, neighbourhood authorities, etc.

Requirements:

  • 5 years working experience in hospitality industry, with min 3 years in hotel management.
  • University/College degree in hospitality or related discipline preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hotel management best practices.
  • Have some knowledge of technologies such as system, electrical, mechanical and civil: also non-technical such as security, parking, cleaning.
  • Highly responsible and accountable.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
